Join us for an unforgettable weekend in the Catskills at The Gathering with Damian McGinty — a curated fan experience designed to foster genuine connection, community, and shared memories. Taking place February 5–8, 2027 at Camptown in Leeds, this immersive weekend will feature intimate concerts, customized special events, and thoughtfully curated experiences centered around bringing fans together in a meaningful way. Guests will enjoy a weekend filled with music, laughter, connection, and unforgettable moments in the heart of the Catskills.

We’re also excited to welcome guitarist Dave Bakey, who will be joining Damian throughout the event at Damian’s concerts and in a special solo set. Known for his soulful playing and dynamic live performances, Dave’s extraordinary skill and musicianship will add another layer of energy to the experience as fans gather to celebrate music and community together.

• Hotel accommodations: Guests are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodations separately using a booking code provided by the hotel with our event rate. Accommodations must be booked for all three events nights must be booked (Friday, Saturday and Sunday night)

• Personal expenses
• Gratuity to housekeeping staff or off site events 
• Meals and snacks outside of the scheduled event programming

Plan A:

• Deposit: Pay in full on booking (one payment of $1,529)

Plan B:

• Deposit: First 50% due at booking ($764.50)
• Second 50% due by October 31 ($764.50)

Plan C:

• Deposit: First 25% due at booking ($382.25)
• Second 25% due by July 31 ($382.25)
• Third 25% due by September 15 ($382.25)
• Final 25% due by October 31 ($382.25)

To secure and maintain your reservation for the February 5–8, 2027 retreat weekend, all payment plan installments must be made by their scheduled due dates.

If a payment is not received by the applicable due date, attendees may be granted a brief grace period at the sole discretion of the event organizers. Failure to submit payment within the grace period may result in:

• Suspension of the attendee’s payment plan
• Cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the reserved spot
• Loss of any promotional pricing or payment plan privileges
• Application of the event cancellation policy to all amounts previously paid

If a reservation is canceled due to missed or incomplete payments, previously paid amounts will be refunded only in accordance with the stated cancellation and refund schedule. After November 1, 2026, no refunds will be issued for canceled reservations, including cancellations resulting from missed payments.

If an attendee anticipates difficulty making a scheduled payment, they are encouraged to contact the event organizers as early as possible to discuss potential accommodations.

You will book your own accommodations after you have secured your space with your deposit. At that time we will send you a booking code and further instructions.

Rooms range from $249 to $569 per night.

• Junior Two Bedroom Kitchenette Cabin (max 4 guests)

• Two Bedroom Kitchenette Cabin (max 4 guests)

The only ADA room:

• King Kitchenette Cabin (ADA max 2 guests)

Cabins

Every one of the venue's 26 cabins has a story. No two are alike but they are all charming. 1 bedroom or 2, kitchenette and/or wood-burning stove, shower or bathtub, porch with Penobscot swing or picnic table, you can find the cabin that suits your fancy.

All cabins offer Forbes and Lomax dimmer switches, organic mattresses, Frette sheets, Melin Tregwynt Welsh blankets, brass fixtures, 2 Note amenities, and Marshall speakers.

Queens “The Nook”

A room perfectly suited for 2. A cozy built-in queen nook bed, a dining/work table, wardrobe closet and drawer space, a full-length mirror, and a private bathroom with shower.

Set the mood for the moment with Forbes and Lomax dimmable light switches and settle into Frette sheets and Welsh Otter lambswool blankets.

Kings

Reminiscent of the golden hour, this spacious room for 2 features a King Sarah Elison bed, burl wood side tables, seagrass wallpaper, a handmade leather and oak banquette for dining or working, a rattan wardrobe for hanging your event wear, and a full-size bathroom with brass fixtures.
